Well this one is an old building I did a few years ago, maybe from 2009 or 2010, give or take. It's certainly an old model and probably not my best work but it's old so take it or leave it. 
I actually like it.
This building is based upon the Red River Bank Building located in Alexandria Louisiana situated near Jackson Street. Not much about it, except I believe it was built in the 70's and it has a very blank facade save for its windows. Very simple but practical building. It's small, only 5 stories tall but its one of the few buildings in Alexandria that are this size.

Yes it comes with two lots, as you can see in the pictures. Just for variation. I did one for the smallest lot size possible, and made one with a parking lot, since the building itself is surrounded by one in Real Life though it doesn't look exactly like that one.
