I'm not gonna rate this till I get a model file!

The pictures look nice, but without a model file, this is a no go. Please update this nice BAT creation. Once I have the model file I will be glad to make it growable for you. As it is I will withhold rating it, because it is imcomplete.

Nicely done and besides I love props. That way I can make the lot to my liking.

Looks nice and traditional in just the right way. I'dd like to see more buildings like this cause SC4 has enough of modern buildings.

Variations of this would really be nice... Perfect for adding some Philly flavor to a city.

Hey Rob! You mentioned problems with your models when assigned into growables! Do you have the Chicago 1890 prop plugin installed? If so, remove it while doing the above process, (LotEditor process afterwards).

I don't think I have the Chicago 1890 mod (I do have the plugin prop mod?), but I removed all of my plugins and now my lot editor works. Thanks Agra!

Hmmm...sometimes I get a lot with no duplex on it, but if I click it, I'll get the query. I can only see white duplexes, so maybe it is the brown ones doing this? Also, none give the normal response from a mouse hover--they say zoned land, etc. How many R sims are supposed to be in these?

By the way, these look great.
