DuskTroopers Keaton Plaza 1.0

Unfortunately, the building does NOT work as intended. Upon closer inspection in iLives, it is evident that some of the key properties are missing from the BAT's exemplars. These include the following properties;

Exemplar type (Empty. Should be - "Building")
Wealth (Empty. Should be - "$$$")
Purpose (Incorrect value. Should be - "0x03" for office)

The lack of these properties results in building being inaccessible by the game and non-editable in PIM-X. Once these values are correctly entered the building grows as it should and works fine. It is a bit disappointing though to correct these exemplars by oneself to get the building to grow.
