I would love to use Mapper or Terraformer, but I have a 64 bit version of Windows 7 . I've been forced to scour through the whole exchange for greyscales like these, and this is awesome. 5/5.

hey thanks this looks great but i dont no how to install it and have tried putting the files in my maps folder can you help please thanks X64 machine

also when i dl the file and try unzip it i cant it says unable to process i have to redownload as somewhere(1) an it extracts????

All you do is put this in your regions folder and while in the game press ctrl+alt+shift+r and a menu comes up. Go to users whatever your user is then go to your region folder directory and press the grayscale image and simcity 4 will render it. It will say creating new city and it may take from minutes to hours to render.
