The default de-compressor doesn't work with .rar files meaning people have to download another. Not everyone wants to do that.

Indeed, I rated it 5 as the building is very impressive. It's just a shame that I can't put it in my city.

I agree about the textures; they look a bit too saturated. The real building has a facade of concrete - which is imperfect and gray - not shiny white plastic. The blue center and concrete on the lot is also a bit too saturated, IMO. Otherwise, it's pretty good! The BAT is great, as is the nightlighting; although, in the real building, the nightlights are blue, not purple. I'd give you a 4.5/5 if I could, but since I can't, I'll just round up.

I don't often comment about files, but this building is truly beautiful and magnificent. Keep up the great work!

This is a gorgeous building and you did a great job with the modelling, thanks for uploading. There are three things I notice right away, the lot doesn't match the tower; it's not as urban with those wide grass medians, the colours are saturated and the textures definitely need a bit of weather, and man you'd really show off the details better if you rotated the whole building 30 degrees. If that, just throwing the number out.
