I didn't stole the model or Ill Tonkso work, I just use his design. You still need his original work (known as "dependencie"), without Ill Tonkso's original lot you only will have a great and big brown box.

Uploading a re-lot of someone else's work is fine, and does not need permission. The original content just needs to listed as a dependency, and not included in the file, (as in this case) unless direct permission has been obtained from the original batter to include their model.

However to avoid confusion, the in-game image should be from the lotter, not taken from the original file.
