Wow, these are good! I also like the lot design - realistic, but not boring at all.
Just a tiny suggestion for your next upload: If you place two or more identical tree props next to another, just rotate them in different directions so they don't look totally identical.
Before this one, it had been rather quiet around you for a while. I'm glad to see you uploading again, and I hope we'll be seeing more from you.

For a 1x1(and bland) lot the props are a little bit excessive, though most people would have SG vol 1 and CP vol 1 from downloading Mattb325's BATs. The others are quite rare so I'd rather not download this. 4.75/5 due to dependencies.

I wish there were fewer dependencies, and I wish there weren't six of them... but they're delightfully realistic, and therefore too good to pass up. Well done
