Which files are the growable and which are the ploppable? Most want only one or the other.

Good work, though to improve you could add a few more details to the windows at the base,such as beams running accross them.

its tall. And the top is kind of nice, although it might look better as a fountain in a commercial plaza. The building as a whole is kind of ugly. Hard to say why though. A 7

Apologies for saying the building is ugly. If I say it is ugly I imply that anyone who thinks it is not is stupid. However my real opinion is that I don't like the look of it very much, and someone who thinks it looks good has a different taste to mine.

Nice building.. but the problem is, I'm having these Frogface HQ growing all around my city, even though I only have the ploppable one(0d61855c). When they do get built, there is only a blank space without any building. What's wrong here???
