The idea to use several of SimGoober's retail stores and put them together to a strip mall is not bad, and visually the lot is quite decent.

However, you have a huge dependency problem here. First of all, what pack is "BSC Mega Props Vol.01" supposed to be? A pack of this name doesn't exist, but there are several BSC Mega prop packs by authors like SimGoober (SG), Jestarr (JES), CouchPotato (MJB), dolphin66 (D66), cycledogg (CP), gascooker (GC), and others. You didn't provide any link, either, so you are leaving downloaders pretty much in the rain.

For this lot, you will need at least [b]BSC Mega Textures Vol.01[/b] plus Simgoober's[b] Sears Department Store[/b], [b]Best Buy[/b], [b]Barnes & Noble[/b] and [b]Eckerds[/b] (or something like that - the last one could also be part of the Food Lion mega store, but I don't remember clearly).

Please make sure that whenever you make lots, use an empty plugins folder and add only the immediately required items (prop & texture packs, buildings). Once you are done, compile a dependency list. Take your lot plus only the listed dependencies and remove everything else from your plugins folder, start the game in a sandbox city and plop down your lot to check if it displays correctly. This way you can make sure that you know the dependencies and that you can point your downloaders to them - which is best done with links, btw.

Nice work,but like t wrecks wrote above you need to verify the dependency package or packages required.

did you get permission from the creators of the original stores?

Premission is not needed as simgoober's files are not in the zip file as
long as there linked to it is fine.

the lot looks good here from what I can see, wish you would have shown a night shot as well here... One thing I see missing from the parking lot is well parking lot lights other then that I do like the setup here I will like to [color=#000080][b]see more from you[/b][/color]!

Yes, you need it, as this lot has custom BAT's, plus the other dependencies. If you have the Deluxe Edition there is no problem though, as it has the expansion included.

A good plugin with a very very bad post...

I like see no dependences that would work better see it make hard trying figure what goes together.

I hate to criticize others on their work, but this lot shows VERY little effort. It looks like you just threw a bunch of buildings together willy-nilly. I won't even rate this because I'm sure you can do ALOT better than this.
