growable is cool - I don't bother with landmark versions of low-mid wealth commercial services.

looks good. I like some growable variety in C$$ lots. My only comment would be that the red looks...."too red!" Otherwise very good work.

The white borders of the roof look too bright/thick for my taste, esp. at higher zoom levels. Otherwise great!

Thanks for the Bat. this bat lends a real touch of authenticity to cities that maxis did not include. Who knows? maybe in Sim City 5??

How do I get rid of the landmark icon in my landmark menu? 10 for the growable, 10 for the image, 5 for making my landmark menu cluttered.

I downloaded and it "tried" to grow in my city. Just like your Lowe's lot, it on a Despiesse's Diner lot, and NOT a Bob Evans! However, when queried, it said it was Bob Evans... I have a feeling that I am missing something...

Is there some plugin or something I need to get it to grow? I get a lot that say's it's Bob Evan's but it's just some regular SC building. The plop version works and it's beautiful.

Any dependancies? I get SC4 buildings that say they are Bob Evans.

Wow! Almost five years without a review. Still, I'm impressed. I can only imagine just how far your modeling skills have progressed from this. If I could give you ten stars, I would. Still, how's a 10/10 sound?
