I appreciate the fact that the uploader realized there are clear problems with this one and is seeking for answers to solve it. As uploader does not speak good english, probably he/she will not open a bat thread. For some reason, this has been a consistent problem with Asian batters more than European batters. I wonder why.

Yes, you should export as high quality. That is probably the reason for the "wild" texture.

Once that is done, this is going to be a very unique and good looking BAT

I'd certainly download it, but the low-quality (draft) render would make it stick out.

Yes, the Draft Render could probably do something like that to the textures.
Try it again on a higher-quality render and see if it still happens.
