Yeah, scaling is a problem here and usually it is a pain in the "somewhere". In The Sims 2, that would have been a hit because a model can be seen with more details, which is impossible with SC4. I recommend to fix the scaling, because rarely I have seen a "Villa" not larger than a street. Nice try though, I personnally like futuristic homes although I'm a Loghome Designer.

I really like the concept... :-)

Hopefully you'll start a BAT thread and work on scale, textures and details.

Good idea, but it is really to little ! You should make the building a bit bigger (the design is great) and also the terrain. In SimCity villa's terrain have dimensions like 4x3 or 4x4, so a 1x1 terrain is not big enough

Too small, bit plain. I like the idea but it could be improved.
