Honestly this is cool. The lot scale is WAY off though. Not many people want a 40 story pokemon statue in their cities.

[i]Now[/i]. . . if you made this much smaller. Say so it fits on a 1x1 lot, 2x2 at the [b]most[/b], you would have a great statue or roundabout filler that I don't doubt people would actually use.

I second _marsh_ here. To everyone being hyper critical about textures, please realize that the show and game these creatures are based off of have very hastily made animation and aren't extremely detailed themselves, so it can be hard to look at them and say 'this is how it should look in SimCity 4'. Honestly, the size is the only bad thing but they would look good in a roundabout or something.

it's so big in the sim city is you can see it from space!!!!

Reducing by -1,000,000 would add 1,000,000 its a double negative.

If it reduces pollution, then it should raise land values or prevent pollution from lowering them.

haha very cool. I wasn't that much of a pokemon fan when i was young, but I like building cities a little out of the ordinary. A 40-story statue of a leaf monster certaintly fits the category.

I'd totally download this if the size were more reasonable. Otherwise, I love it.
