Is this a joke or what?!! If you're uploading to STEX, make it AT LEAST worth downloading. Please.. -.-" Even though it's your first upload, you should practice a bit and try to put some effort in it, before you decide to share something with others..

If I would comment on this as I think, then I'd get shot right on the spot by the Mods of ST! So, I won't, but please, tell me what is Seania? and what is this Memo Park supposed to be? What's it to use for us?

You really should consider getting help from all the helpful members of the community, its never bad to get help...especially on your first time.

It appears that those who have rated this file have chose "or else"...

Apparently, this still has all of its pride. I'm not sure how much "all of" it amounts to, though.....

A few constructive criticisms for the poster:
1> The dirt road terminates off into nowhere, and doesn't terminate to an edge which would allow people to get to and from the houses from your traffic network. I'm not a super stickler for realism, but some things are just too unrealistic to make any sense at all.
2> Lots of empty space. Big lot, not much going on in it. Not enough props in varied places to make it interesting.
3> Way too big to be really useful.

Euh... where's the park? I see a bunch of houses surrounded by some green and blue?

Seriously?

I needs maybe some trees, that may make it look better, and maybe change that lake! and use some fence or parking near that football field

The bright colors of the lot have a sort of ick-factor and it's a turn off, It's way too big. The lot is repetitive and tedious. 1/5
