This is a real building from chicago on Dearborn St. Built in the 1890s. I have a ploppable and a growable version in this package.

hey, you think you could add a paraphet to the top to divide the walls from the roof? it looks very nice.

Wow! An addition to a set! But, it isn't as colourful as the rest of the Chicago set.

Looks great. It looks as if it will fit in good with all of the other SimCity 4 buildings as well, which is hard to accomplish. Nice job.

Nice! I've been looking for another 2x4 building! Right now I've only got Kong Tower and a couple from the game that appear on lots that size (Wren Insurance, for instance, ugh)

Its a CO$$ level 6.. Its actually a bit more colorful on the long side of the building than you would imagine from that night pic. This is a full 5 days work right here.. I wish I couldve thought of something better for the lot. But I didnt really expect the building to be larger than 1 wide.

Like several others have reported, there is no SC4Model file in this dat, and until there is, it's worthless because if the lot grows it will either be blank or will appear in that brown package thing...

Jusr work on the roof to building transition and the lot a bit more and you have a fantastic addition to the game.

yup - to repeat no model file, also you should include a readme file so people know which desc/lot to use for ploppable vs. growable so those (like me) who only want the growable version can use the right files.

Also, one file is named landmark, and one has a 4x2_CO$$ so its pretty easy to tell which one is which.

Very good, but it really needs more lights. Bottom is all lit up, but top isnt at all, which seems a strange reversal. I'm assuming the bottom is shops, after all..

I created a lot with more greenery for it for my own use, TheeLord. Want me to send it to you for consideration? PM me on the forums if you'd like it...

Grey and dingy. Perfect for a grey and dingy city. The roof looks like you could cut your finger on the edges. An 8
