Greetings!
The city which region I am presenting you is situated on the Black sea shores. It is the oldest extant city in Romania, one of the largest in the country and certainly has the largest port on the Black sea. Port of Constanta is among the largest in Europe.
Situated on the vast lowland plains of Dobruja region, between the Danube river and the Black sea region of Constanta is ideal for those of you who want to make a huge network of canals and waterways.
NOTE:
*The light green lines which can be seen on the pictures are just because of the terrain texture I use.
**You need to have sc4 terraformer or sc4 mapper tool in order to get this region into game. README.txt included in the file.
