It seems that in both your uploads, your region has been too large to get an in-game screenshot of it; so this program should help. Registration at the [url="https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/"]LEX[/url] is required in order to download Region Census.

Thanks- I've been trying to figure that out- ! have lots of maps and no way to get the entire photo

I recommend you stop making parody and "funny" maps and instead use some creativity and create something new. An occasional gag map is fine and helps to liven the mood, but converting copyrighted graphic images into maps should not be the foundation of your work.

You said before that you can't handle large tiles on your system, perhaps you should wait to make any more maps until you can use the game at it's full capacity. Small tiles are like seasoning, you can't have them as the only ingredient.

It's not that I'm picking on you, the community has seen dozens and dozens of maps like this in the near decade it has existed. We've all rendered a funny image into our region at some point. Give the community something it hasn't seen, something we don't already have.

I'd find it difficult to say you spent a lot of time or effort on these, so why not use the enthusiasm you have for making maps and use it in a way where you will get some satisfaction (any maybe some kudos!).

Sorry, another 1-star map, looks too rough, we would have too much work (more than you did) to make the image playable.

I'm asking you as a fellow member not to upload anymore novelty maps like this one to the STEX. It's in your own interests to do this.

Sure, it's great if you want to make these things just for yourself or perhaps share them among a few friends, but a total of 0 downloads and a 1.00 star rating (even after half a day) is a strong indication that people here don't appreciate them on the STEX. At all.

Like Todd said, you need to get creative. You can't just rip images off Google and upload them to the STEX. Look at how others create their maps, look at the ones that have positive comments and high ratings. Draw your inspiration from them.

So far, your uploads have skirted pretty close to the line when it comes to the no appropriate picture and no appropriate description rules. I don’t want to make a big deal out of that, so please try and make a better effort in future.

Use your thread for feedback before uploading to the STEX, now you're not learning anything, using your forum-thread will help you getting better with the help of other map-builders.

dude....as much as I like how you are taking some initiative and doing [i]something[/i] I just really can't support this [b]amount[/b] of novelty maps. One? fine by me, good times had by all...but four in less than a month? I just really can't approve of it.

Here's a suggestion, limit yourself to ONE per month in amongst other not-novelty maps.

And I really hate just saying "No it sucks" so this is kinda hard for me you see.

Or better yet, [b][i]don't upload novelty maps at all.[/i][/b] Hardly anyone downloads them, everyone rates them poorly, they take up space on the servers, they're an eyesore when browsing the STEX, and they make the uploader look like they have nothing useful to contribute...

In all honesty, anyone who wants this could probably make it themselves. This really doesn't need to be uploaded at all, and if you absolutely must keep uploading these, PLEASE just put them all in one pack and be done with it.
