Good to see you are still active! We could really use more office buildings like these.

I like the unique lot size, the model is superb as always, and the main roof is fantastic! :)

IMO, the textures/materials could use some refinement, though. For example, the windows look a bit monotonous. Do you use a ground plane to have them reflect something? The hedges are a bit too blocky and don't have a very natural colour, and I think the ground may be a tad too shiny, although maybe the real building looks like this. The hedges are definitely more problematic in my books.

It's really a pity that it's so hard to communicate across the language barrier between English and Thai. :( If someone could show you guys some advanced tricks, your buildings would be even better than they are, and they are already good! I hope we'll see more from you.

In addition to all the problems T Wrecks has suggested, what was not mentioned is the Standard Chartered signage on top of the building. It was a problem on V1 and still remain so on V2. It just doesn't look right. This prompt me to look for the real photos of the building and I found out the following:

As you can see, facade of this bat compare to the real building is not accurate. Uploader has serious problems in texturing, and he/she has been stuck at this level for a quite a while, though there is no denying the model/batting skills are always superb.

My heartfelt suggestion is that he/she should stay away from doing massive uploads like this one, and to stay focus on doing smaller buildings. His residential bats are almost always much better than his commercial bats, because they are less ambitious, degree of difficulty easier to handle.

I hope I am giving constructive criticism. I refrain from voting.
