Why there are 2 same files by you in the STEX?

Anyone can easily do this. I don't think it was worth uploading, especially twice...

nice attempt for your first upload but I won't download the map this time. anyway.. if you need some help building a map, send me a message or check out my maps for some ideas.

You do know most map creators on STEX have mostly large tiled cities in their maps, Don't you ? So, it's really unnecessary to upload a map with nothing but large tiled cities and no terraforming !!!!!!!

i do think its great you are contributing to stex but please put more effort and believe me you are better off having a region that has a variety

First of all legomiles, If you are trying to create maps for the professional sim players on here you may want to look at some of the best maps that were created, at least this way you can create something at least presentable.

No one wants a flat region with no geographic features, for all that we can create a blank region. I would suggest taking a little more time with terraforming to add features and water.

Water would be a start maybe a river or even a POND!

I think it would be better if you start off with SC4Mapper

Clicking download, saving it to your regions, unzipping it and then import it to the game is a lot more work than just make a 20x20 blue square in MS paint and name it config.bmp

You can't make a map with SC4Mapper You have to use SC4Terraformer.

Put it into the regions folder, not to the plugins.

If you are making something for the STEX, please do some effort, make something unique. Anyone can do this under 5 minutes. The next time try making some Terrain out of it.

just terrible. you couldn't even make a mountain to save you life. this map is all fail written all over it. i could do a way better job then this piece of garbage of a map you created. i wish a negative rating exist because this is the worst map ever!!!!!

You should look at other maps for ideas. MallowtheCloud's maps are nice in particular.

Seriously, nobody wants a flat region. So make some terraforming features, like mesas, volcanoes, mouantains, rivers, trees, animals, etc.

Thanks for the map, LegoMiles. For the casual, old fart SC4 fan such as myself, this is a time and energy saver.
