Looks like Jason's BAT from here, but I honestly can't tell what the building is supposed to be. If it's Jason's, you shouldn't have uploaded it, if it's not, then I'm confused?

No, it's not the US bank. That's scenery. No copyright intended. Mine is the other building (white or light colour). No disrespect, no copyright intended.

Yes, this is a re-lot of the "Lind Enertainment" building made by Maxis, one of the default CO§§§ stage 8 towers for the Chicago or NY tileset. This re-lot turns it into a regular ploppable landmark (regular = without jobs) that should behave just like the other landmarks provided by Maxis.

The lot work has apparently been done with default textures and props as well (= no dependencies) and looks pretty decent to me.

Might be something for people who prefer to play with the modern tilesets, but wouldn't mind plopping one or two older buildings into their cities as landmarks.

Using the Extra Cheats DLL, you could of course plop the original Lind Entertainmet building as CO§§§ with jobs, but the original lot design is a bit lackluster, and maybe you don't really want the jobs, just the nice building.

Thanks T Wrecks for doing the best description job possible on behalf of the uploader. My comment for the uploader is that hopefully you will do a 'real' job next time describing your work and let us know exactly what we are supposed to rate, and give us a clear zoom-in picture so that we can actually see your work. Thank you.

It would be nicer if you just said, "It is the Maxis 'Lind Enternaintment' building, but re-lotted to make a ploppable version.

There are actually dependencies for this. BldgProps_Vol 1 and 2

Yes, to get the building to show up you need the maxis building props volume 1. It contains all of the maxis buildings as props. If it is not download, a brown box will show up.

This is a pretty good re-lot (and yes, BuildingProps Volume 1 is a dependency :P)

Nevertheless, I'm voting 5 out of 5 :)
