It's nothing special. First of all, the path part on the ground looks weird, and the billboard doens't seem to do anything. Perhaps if it gave you some small income and looked better. But, it's not awful, so I'll rate an 8, because the billboard itself looks ok.

It's not really supposed to do anything just look good. If you want help making your own adverts then give me a shout.
