Hi, this is my first upload on STEX. I'm known as greckman and Towncrafter in the community and I prefer using the Towncrafter name on my lots, and I shorten that to TC.
This is the Maxis medium park with a pond. There are two versions, City (with the normal parks texture) and Rural (with a more rural texture).
There are NO dependencies.
