A weapons research facility to boost your police force. It has a large radius(1000 meters) and 5 squad cars ready to defend the facility but no room for prisoners. It gives you 500 simoleons a month and costs 1000 to plop and even scares away crime. Contact me if you notice any problems with the this lot.
