Building # 1 - Italian Gardens

 

Commercial Services $$ - 35 jobs (50 $ jobs)

 

1x2 low density lot, building stage 2, Chicago & New York tilesets.

 

 

 

 

This is a wall-to-wall building for a right-corner lot (see picture).  A ploppable lot is included, and should appear just before JBSimio's in the Landmark menu.  No dependencies.

It's a cutey for sure. It is probably good that you are releasing these as you go. Letting your projects stockpile (like me) can get crazy! Best of luck on your next projects. :lol:
