The Sim Nation School District Admin Office is a recreation of the Sumner School District Office in East Pierce County of Washington state in the United States of America. The building is two stories and is the Administration building for the Sumner District Schools. 13 in all. The building itself can be found in Sumner, Washington, but the district schools can be found in both Sumner, and neighboring city of Bonney Lake.

Installation:
Extract the folder "Sim School District Office" from the .zip download, and place it inside your simcity4/plugins folder. The BAT should now be found within your Education menu.
Uninstallation:
Bulldoze all instances of the BAT in all of your city tiles, and then remove all files pertaining to this download from your plugins folder. It is now out of your game.

Released
- Update 3: The download is just a single Civic Library Plop. Replaced windows with newer more details ones. Replaced the roof texture, and scaled down considerably to be more SimCity4-appropriate.
- Update 2: I've included a NoFlag version of the model on it's own Lot. Still no dependencies and should not be any conflicts. So now you can choose to either use the building with the U.S. flag, or without. Or both! Your choice.
