Hello everybody! This is my first upload to the STEX. This is a edited version of the med park green lot, was made using the lot editor and has been tested in game. Lot stats: Ploppable 5x5, cost: 160 simoleans and monthly maintenance fee: 5 simoleans. It can be found under the parks menu. No dependencys enjoy!
