Well this upload is for you.
Disguised as a typical war memorial found throughout towns in Australia (presumably throughout the rest of the world, too) is a Medical Clinic with a capacity of 164 patients. Of course, this lot can be placed in larger cities to boost health grades and so on. The lot is 1x1 and is found in the Health Menu.
The War Memorial has been rendered in HD for added aesthetics.
