I can smell a filler building! Should be useful. One can never have enough mid-rise 2x office towers, in fact we could really use some more :p

Dream come true!!! I have been pushing for this (extending the Maxis bldg families) for quite a long time! I will be posting about this in your thread. As for the BAT, could you please post a normal-night-lighted one? (same IDs) And I think the lighting at the lobby could be dimmed a little. Wouldn't harm to add (mimic) some "ambient" light on the walls either.
