The detail is nice, however it still needs to be bigger. I usually make my fantasy maps in 5x5 or 6x6. However most real life maps hit the 15x15 mark. But I do like the design.

Enjoy the design, potential for nice cities, and the island setup might make a challenge for some. The lake at the top-left is a bit too circular, and this time maybe a bit more mountainous in some areas? I agree with joshriddle, this map is a bit too small, but otherwise, I like it. 4/5

They look good! If you want them to be even better, make them larger and start studying real life maps, or google how mountains are formed and how rivers usually travel. Wikipedia has a good selection of river forms and different types of waterways. Hope you keep improving.
