Well I am going to be blunt, this latest upload definitely shows that Thai bat team's output is impressive, quality wise it is also getting consistently good (if not great). I always love big scale residentials, especially when they are done good since it is no easy task, however...

..something tells me this bat is once again undersized (as most Thai bats are), please rate me down/correct me if I am wrong, I think with a lot size this big (14x6) it is not going to be a pretty sight, especially if you placed them next to Bixel's mega lots (which to me is the benchmark of how these mega residentials lots should be done)....

..in addition, the lot is extremely bare, which is understandable without dependencies, but is a big visual downer when the lot size is 14x6. Anyway, despite all these, I am giving this a 5/5 just because the model is wonderful, and I hate to rate down someone with so much effort put in. I just hope I am wrong about it being undersized (as so far it is quite hard to grow some of your bats for me to really tell).

Would be great to have a landmark version, and a plopable version, so people can create their own cities and housing areas how they want it, id love to be able to make a regeneration zone, using the HK teams stuff and this but them having residences in them, like you do with office/landmarks jobs

The base is the only real issue here since it has not been balanced to match with other game grass textures. That being said the towers look lovely. I' would have to take a look at these in game to tell you if it is underscaled, but the floor heights do seem rather tiny.

simhottoddy: The Thai bats have been very tough to grow for me, and those I managed to grow, they all are undersized, hence forgive me if I have been very vocal in my comments here and on other Thai bats. In general, their size are as small as many of these those LBT bats, which I am not going to name. If you manage to grow this lot, please do let me us know. Thanks.

I love the towers, and the nightlighting is phenomenal. however, I agree with Kendiecasttsoi; the base is extremely barren and uninteresting, and i find the juncture of the towers and the lot a bit awkward. A+ for the models and nightlighting, but a little more effort into the base would move this from good to great.

i quite love this, everyone and their texturing, is getting to point where it is really realistic, like yours. but, for me, personally, im not a fan of those giant lots, just a suggestion... but perhaps u could make a growable version of just single building lots? one eg, 4x4 lot of the taller, and 4x4 of the smaller building. but still really well done :)
