It is a nice idea, and a reasonably good lot. However, the runway doesn't look like it would mesh well with a larger RMIP airport, and the taxiway at the end of the runway is not a setup you would find in the RMIP pieces. While a good attempt, I just don't think it would fit in with the airports in my regions.

Looks pretty good, but I agree with Astro. I would give it a 4, but you left those nasty ugly parking garages. 3/5 - 5/10

it is definitely an improvement over the maxis airport, but still pretty small for an international airport. realistically, those larger jets couldn't possibly take off on that runway. i guess for people that dont feel like building their own, this is a decent replacement.

well the intent for this is for RMIP and the runway is to be extended to the edge soo so that you can extend it even more with the rmip modules

BTW One thing I gotta say is that the runway goes off the map. That doesnot look realistic...

This Doesn't Look Like An International Airport To Me Will Somebody Please Make One With Two Or Three Runways Also Make Sure To Test In Your Own Cities So That YOU Know If It HAS BUGS Or Not .

I wanted to do this very thing but can't figure out how to save the existing MAXIS lot to an alternate file. Perhaps it's easy, perhaps not... I don't want to mess anything up. This makes things so much easier. Now I have a lot that I can open up and edit with LotEditor. I've already changed the taxiway tiles so I can extend them to add more runways. I've extended the existing runway, to the edge, so that I can add RMIP tiles. The possibilities are endless. Hopefully, I will settle on something generic that works for all my airports. Perhaps just a series of center runways. It would be nice to know... What exactly makes it a MAXIS recognized international airport?

It's Thesherminator's new account. I'm working on a major improvement of this lot. It will however no longer work as a stand-alone airport. It will have to be integrated into your modular airports but will soon be worthy of bearing the name international airport. The lot will feature the main terminal, some ramps and a few taxiways to roll onto your modular runways.
