Looks like a disorganized mess of poorly-thought out props in places. Is any of this original by you or is it full of just props? That's a lot of dependencies for someone to have to deal with. Some of the buildings look like they have entrances buries in other buildings. And the line of trucks looks like it was hastily made in under 5 seconds. The concept is great, however, and I'd love to see this more carefully approached.

I don't really care for the prop placement. Especially with the buildings. But you are slowly but surely improving. (accidentally rated it 5/5). I give it a 3/5

A recommendation is to make the lot less cluttered, and try making your own props too. Using others to make a lot is alright, but it's something we all can do. I try not to, and make my own so that I don't have to have someone download a bunch of dependencies (seems to be 12 here). If you want to have lots that are to your designs, try making more custom content for them.

The layout looks far too cluttered as others said above. It appears like you have rushed this and not taken time to select the dependencies you would like to use. Try to take more time into making your lots and the quality will improve.

Not everyone has the ability to make their own props, and there is absolutely no problem using others as long as they are properly referenced as a dependency and credit given. As for the dependencies, well yes perhaps a shorter list would be nice, but remember this is a lot... not a BAT. Also please remember that if you don't want to download the dependencies, then no one is forcing you to use the lot.

I love the idea of this lot, just not so much on the execution. While yes it is rare to see trucks lined up perfectly, truckers take pride in the fact that they can all line up in a straight line within an inch or two of being on center. I do like the thought behind different buildings, it gives the appearance of growing over time. Just a a reference, the warehouse area and truck "depot" should be next to each other. Thanks for sharing, I hope to see a ver. 2 of this lot.
