So as I drag the mouse around, this started happening lately, zoom in or out it goes away but happens again. I have an alienware gaming pc I bought 2 years ago NVIDIA gforce 1660 how can I stop this from happening? I have changed hardware to software, set the colors lower and it still happens

So when I plop industrial or commercial, they work fine but when i plop anything residential, it starts off as no job and then abandoned commute to long, even though its in a busy area, anyone have any idea whats causing this?

So long time player here,pc literate never had many problems with plug ins. I can't seem to get the NAM to work, it keeps crashing, I am sure its 1 small thing I am doing wrong. I have the steam version all updated and I have a 2 year old alienware gaming desktop. Any thoughts on what I could be doing wrong?

Longtime sc4 player, never had a problem with plug ins. I know where they go so thats not the issue. but some things dont seem to show up. for example , any of the mid ride office packs by mad hatter do not show up at all. even with no dependencies, any ideas whats wrong? everything is up to date
