Try to focus more on the building in your screenshots. I'm looking at the thumbnail and all I see is grass. The ground texture needs work, because a grass texture wouldn't fit into a city. The model could also fit on a 2x2 lot instead of a 3x3. Try adding some roof junk, and fill up that gigantic space you have at the bottom of the building (no doors, windows?). I'll give it a 2/5 for effort.

I just realized that all you put in was an SC4Model. We won't be able to plop it in-game unless you provide us with an SC4Lot. It's also rather large, so I'm concerned it might be grossly oversized.

It's alright but it needs some doors and other stuff on the currently blank lower section. Also, put some pavement or other textures on the ground. It looks out of place on the big grass lot.

It looks like this big building has been taken out to the pasture. You might want to do an upgrade and then resubmit.

Not bad though bad start with the pic.As far as the Building is concerned really my only major gripe is that there's no plaza and sidewalk textures.Other than that not too bad at all. 3/5

OK. First of all, the picture is blurry, and with a blurry picture it is kind of hard to notice the details. It may be a spectacular building that just hidden by a low quality picture. Please don't downrate the constructive comments and uprate the nasty ones. We all had to start somewhere
