Oh forgot to mention in the pics which lot was which...The one with the dark grey lot with the brown crates on the avenue corner is the Industrial one, while the other two are the commercial versions.

OH and one more thing...you have to keep the prop file of the storage unit I included. It's required for the 3x2 commercial lot.

...I don't what may have caused the down grade, perhaps it was careless 'button pushing'... I wouldn't take it too hard, nor stop you from creating such bats as these... I think that these 'simple projects' have sharpen your skills, particularly with the modeling and the lotting

It would be preferable for these to be ploppable and NOT growable since they're generally found in large complexes. That way we could build our own 'modular' self-storage areas. However, that said, the exchanges don't have much like this so it's a very welcome addition. Thank you!
