Well, the only thing about it to me is the trailers going into the shed, but otherwise it is decent. 3/5, (5/10)

Well I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt about that shed thing,it could of been an error in the game or whatever. Now,as it is this is not shabby work it looks like Trailer and actually it's one of those rare creations that not very many people make.I would of like more colors, but as it's not bad at all.Good work!

@ Hemp316: Nope, that's not a game error, it's just sloppy prop placement. If you see it in the screenshot, he sees it in the screenshot. If he sees it, he can fix it. He didn't. The idea of low-wealth mobile homes isn't bad, though. I just don't understand why this is a ploppable lot that causes high-wealth sidewalks and roadside props to appear. A growable R

The high wealth sidewalk, I do believe, correct me if I'm wrong, is coming from that high-wealth zone, I think I see. But if I am wrong, agreed, then Low Wealth Residental would have been lots better

@ josh: If it's modded as a park or landmark, it will cause high-wealth sidewalks to appear by default. Unpopulated RCI zones cannot cause high-wealth sidewalks because the game doesn't know whether something high-wealth will grow there. Normally it only displays generic, density-based roadsides (grass for low density, pavement for medium and high density) around empty zones.

To say this is a decent lot means you have no eye for quality or you are trying to be nice and know its crap. There are other trailer park lots (and props) that can be used as a reference on the STEX. Search for rollerhomes for one of em. Best advice.. Stop wasting storage space on the STEX for incomplete lots. Start a thread to showcase your work and get help with it.
