This is basically a unrendered scale flag which is 27ft high which you can make any random flag.
Sorry not animated you have to do it yourself, I made the flag wavy for people who cant animate
I made this eaiser to use so you can make it easier to use
Instructions:
Use GMAX and load this into the game, then use texture editor to add your flag on to the flag part
