Hancock Tower Boston MA  4.1

About This File

Located in Boston's Copley Place, The Hancock Tower is the tallest building in New England (241 m). Anyone who has been to Boston and seen I.M. Pei's gleaming glass tower can't help but say "I.M. Impressed!"

Version 1.0 is a plopable Landmark building. The model, Landmark and Plop Desc files and the Lot file are included. No jobs yet.

Version 3.0 - Added 6400 jobs. Improved buildings main texture to blend in better. Added more realistic lighting. Added roof detail.

Version 4.1 - Reduced the size of the model slightly to appear more to true scale.

New England does not include New York. Think about it - New York was founded by the Dutch, while Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine were all originally settled by the English.

No thanks, I believe it. I myself am a photographer for skyscrapers.com and I believe any and all facts they have on their website. It's still a 10 BAT! Who would rate this lower!?!

That's an awesome site. And I agree, anyone who would give this below a ten hasn't seen the building in Boston, because UrbanLegend has done an excellent job.

It is good but in the picture it doesn't seem like it's showing a 790 foot tall skyscraper. Oh well ;]

I'm glad you did this lot. I just moved from a suburb of Boston (now living in Austin) and this will help me remember that Boston Skyline. Good job with the model. P.S. I hope the windows don't fall out lol

Cool! One of my favorite buildings, IRL. :) I wish it could reflect the beautiful city of Boston in game like it does in real life!
