Did you ever want a unique, beautiful, and different
 park to attract some demand? Well, your just In
luck! Today I upload for you a 3x3 park that looks
especially nice in high wealth (§§§) resident areas!
As you can see: There are many benches, plants,
fountains, a gazebo, and so much more! The stats
are the same as the small plaza. There is only a
LOT file in this because This is a relot. There are
not any DESC or MODEL files included. To
install this: all you have to do is click the download
button, and simply put the LOT file in your plugins
folder. To uninstall: please delete every one of
these you placed in your game to avoid any
crashes and such, then you may delete the
compressed file itself with the LOT file you put into
your plugins folder.

Enjoy your new Park!

Since this is a relot: there are no dependencies!

Any suggestions are as welcome as your best friends!

Nice, but maybe you could try making a bigger and more detailed park? Seems a little cramped. :)

Thanks for the comments and ratings, everyone! @Ikmarcus: I tried to make it for an urban area (urban area = no space). FOR EVERYONE: Do you want me to make an industry/dumpy/commerical lot like this? Please say so!

If you want to , then by all means, do it! And I would like to see a trashed out commercial lot this size. And yes, it is urbanistic. No space= urban, but parks are to provide space in urban areas, not to add more to it.

Hmmmm.... its ok, yet could be bettered with some non maxis props, I Recomend Simgoobers park props. 3/5 from me.
