Have you ever wanted to make small airports but never could 'cause you always need to have taxiways? Well, here's the solution. This is just the first of many more uploads. This specific upload contains two lots namely: Runway Threshold with no taxiway, and a smaller Aiming Point to go with it since these two, plus the runway number, are the only things you really need in a small airport.
Since the picture seems too small, here's a larger one:

The lots already have night lighting (took me a while to get it right 
)
Dependencies:
SC4Tool couldn't give me the dependencies but it's most likely the RMIP 2 SAE Vol 1-4

Placement:
Lot placement is also similar to that of RMIP runways in such a way that the arrow points to the direction where the planes come from when landing.
