So, yes, this is my GMAX 3ds model for Suburban Series Residential 1

It is a mid wealth residential that suits the suburban or urban made by me.

You need to open it from file>open, not open the file right away.

( open GMAX first then the file )

That rooftop is just beautiful, the building is pretty high standards, kinda like everything else you make. Meaning to say, great work as usual!

I wasn't aware that you could use GMAX for SC4 (or is it for Cities XL, if it is you should probably make it clear) Fantastic work though! If you can do that you should seriously consider getting something like Trainz... http://www.ts2010.com/

Of course GMAX can be use for SC4 as long as you have BAT(Building architecture) in order to export the building into the game. Trainz? Well, Im still new in BATting. How many peoples playing trainz than SC4?
