yeah finally a garage. The maxis garage prop usually doesn't grow and that's unrealistic. I really dont like the 1x1 size cuz I usually don't zone that size.

I have downloaded, make very nice residencial areas with it, but they all become vacant pretty soon, IT says they don't have road connection. Is this a problem everyone is having or is it just my game?

Obi; To make it growable load the model with the desc for the R$$ in your plugins folder, and place as a building on your lot, but if you want to use the ploppable lot I made you need to first zone a low density Res 1X1...let it build then you plop it down over the building you are replacing.
