Been a while.

I'm sure everyone remembers these I did awhile back(when my username was simcity4fan12). I've quit not to long ago, but thanks to Aaron Graham, I was able to release one of my BATs. I don't have them anymore, and they aren't here anymore either. Aaron asked about my old BATs so I decided I should release them again. If anyone has any of my old BATs, please let me know, I'd like to re-release them.

But this does not mean I'm back, so don't give me requests, or suggestions on this old file, please. Thank you.

Stats-

Lot Sizes 1x3

Residential Occupant sizes and types- R$ and R$$- 23

There are several lots that will grow, some will be different colors, or have different lot props.

I Haven't played in ~10 Years. I'm redownloading the "essentials" and I've been looking/searching for these for the past hour.
Enough Said! 
IDK why but they've stuck with me all these years, getting back into the game I just needed to have them once more.
