No Road-Street Stop Mod  1.0

About This File

Tired of seeing automata stopping at intersections with minor streets, slowing down UDI? Wish they just moved on, only stopping at traffic lights as in real-life roads? Then this mod is for you. JUST MAKE SURE YOU RE-PLOP EXISTING INTERSECTIONS (the central tile) for the mod to have effect.

If you also wish to change the textures to remove the crosswalks, I suggest you also download the Road-Street Crosswalk Reduction Modd by Sffc, which you find here https://www.simtropolis.com/STEX/details.cfm?id=19229

Many thanks to Blue Lightning for teaching me how to make this mod. Enjoy smooth roads!

You dont have to replop every single intersection. Path files do not require redraw to take effect. I give this mod a 5/5.

just 1 thing i must ask about this, will the cars on the street pullout automatically after a few seconds or will they wait till there is ether no cars or a gap between cars??

THANK YOU!!! I always thought the game got the traffic system wrong, and now I can plan my roads the way they SHOULD work. Amazing!

Thank you all, I'm so happy you find this useful! @Blue Lightning: thank you for your rating, I'm honoured.:) I don't know why, but the mod doesn't work in my game if I don't replop intersections.

the car should stop for a second at least, the game made it so that the traffic light and the cars move when their suppose to, if you can make the cars keep going, im sure you can make them stop for a second at least...but overall, good idea 4/5
