it's says that inthe description, and 2billlion isn't slightly modded to me

This takes all the fun out of the game. Maybe you should open a Lotting thread and get peoples feedback before releasing Lots. There are tons or over-capacity schools on the STEX. This is just another waste of bandwith.

Unfortunately, this is not a MOD but a LOT.

If we were to follow this logic, every time someone made something for the first time, he/she would be obliged to make it public. What an odd concept! While it's true that everybody needs to start somewhere (and keep learning and improving from there), I cannot think of anything that would enforce the public release of everybody's first steps.

wes-jansons suggestion is a good one, in fact. It allows you to check whether there is demand, and you can collect valuable hints and feedback, and when you see that people like your stuff and will want to download it, you can upload and rest assured that the upload will be well received and successful.

Who would even have 2 billion sims in one REGION? It's basicallly impossible, so that means that it is unrealistic, and uncreative, because you just used the lot that you uploaded yesterday!

I have 3 million in a large tile, and that is my record. Seriously, 2 billion? Bit over the top. I suggest you follow every one elses advice, no point me re-typing.

i've had 1 billion sims in one large city, don't know how but it just happened, so this might be useful to other people who have had a crazy experience like that

^^I really, seriously doubt that you got that kind of population in one tile. Even with the CAM and a large city tile it's impossible. Similarly, I won't rehash what wes.janson and T Wrecks said, but you would do well to listen.

It is unrealistic but it is also helpful in big cities!

I might be ott, but im sure there are people who would like just 1 school per district and not have to worry about capacity things. Congrats on the creation, gd luck with making more!

I'm not sure if I'm going to use this building, but it kind of cracked me up when I saw the 2 billion capacity........hahaha

This is one of those OMG lots. Like the building and sorta-kinda like the yard, but 2 Billion people... Lolz. 5/5 for educating a continent.
