Maybe I'm just seeing things, but it almost looks like you used a road texture form here...could just be the picture though. A minor recommendation: in the future, only use clear, up close, daytime shots or other extremely relevant pictures for your primary STEX snapshot.

This is used to make your city look like a flooded city or the underwater city Atlantis.

I still don't know why I need these. The Rain Tool or setsealevel works better.

In the left picture, it looks like you used underwater roads? If you're going to upload pictures, you better put the right pictures.
