The Costa Verde pack is a pack of buildings made for use with SimCity4.

It´s based on the buildings located in the Costa Verde of Lima, Peru and of own design.

This pack contains 3 buildings that can be used together with the FAR curves of the NAM.

 

Installation:

 

You need to copy/move the next folder into your plugins folder located in /Documents/Simcity4/Plugins.

Good midrise residentials of a contemporary style. I relotted them and changed stats for CAM and I can't remember the original lots. So I can only judge the bats.They are good companions with the bixel highrises.
