The growables pop up everywhere, almost out of control. Nice but my cities get filled up with lots of them.

I love how easy it is to grow and how nice it looks. My 3rd favorite residential building after the COBB Altura and Ong Condos. Fantastic job.

omg this thing grows like weeds tho. in one of my cities, i've kept three and demolished a little over 30.

Wow! This will look great in my city!

This is a very eager building, as a poster below mentioned. I don't mind how many of these grow, however. The gleaming white certainly does brighten up the place, but this building is almost invariably -- and soon -- replaced by the equally beautiful DaVinci 2. The problem is the DaVinci 2 only has roughly a tenth of the occupants, and you're stuck with no demand for C or I and an adviser telling you your city needs workers.

I'd suggest cutting the middle section out completely -- the building is really too tall for a 2x2 -- and setting the occupancy to 800-1000 or so. This would still make it hold more Sims than, say, the Hong Kong pencil towers, but the city wouldn't take such a population hit when it gets replaced by R$$$, since there is no building with such a small footprint that holds anywhere near 6,000, and the building wouldn't grow quite as often.

what is the mean of ploppable? as understood from the question i am new, i think ploppable means of no construction time, also we have to built it, am i right...

if i am right, is there any other version of this structure that isnt ploppable...
