If it were to be realistic the parking lot would take up more space than the store itself (this is one problem with Wal Marts). Also, it should decrease R$$ and R$$ demand and increase R$.

This is really good. Would it be possible to do an ASDA here in the U.K. ASDA is part of the "WalMart Family". I would prefer an ASDA or Tesco but this is still really good.

Actually, WalMarts are now going into inner cities where there are no job and no investment. They bring with them better paying job then were there before, amd encourge redevelopment of once run-down commerical property

I have a city planning degree and currently work as an economist, and I've never known of winkosmsis's "facts." WalMart creates more jobs than it takes away. "Small downtown shopkeepers" were dead long before WalMart came along, and they rarely provide jobs any better than WalMart.

My suburbs would be nowhere without this but why is there that harvester out front?

Now I suggest maybe you make a sam's club.

I like Walt-Mart, because I shop my games here... Unfornately, seems like Walt Mart Corp.(or whatever) tries to build a Walt-Mart SuperCenter near the aztecs ruins(the Teutihuacan ruins) in Mexico.

I love my country, but i don't like a Walt-Mart near a hystorical place. I'm not trying to blame you. Great job, Baco. Your design its very good.
