This is the fist bat,.. i made it simple,, not glamorous ( simply becuase im not good yet! ) i just used the basic knowledge i gathered though tutorials, and asking a lot of questions from b22rian and Xyloxadoria,..
I chose to upload a simple water tower, since I kinda needed the type of tower with such a spec,.. and thought someone out there might too
monthly cost is $100
does not catch fire (its stone?! lol)
produces 10,000 cubic meters of water,.. I hope the stats its realistic enough although,, i think the model needs to be bigger since it does produce 10000 cubic meters,.. anyway ill be making a 2nd version hopefully this can help those who want low budget, low space consuming utility out there since its only a 1x1 lot 
no dependencies
( simply extract to your plug-ins folder (to those who are new in STEX )
feel free to comment,.. oh and i made it in sketchup and rendered it in gmax
